Before Arrival:

>Read the institutional Code of Studies and Exams
>Neptun registration and course enrollment

After Arrival:

>Dormitory move in process
>Attending the Orientation Days
>Finalising course registration in Neptun
>Attending classes
>Administrative duties: Students have to fulfil and undergo the following administrative tasks and processes after arrival:
-- Residence permit (Immigration Office: 3300 Eger, Grónay Sándor utca 3.)
- Bank account (any Hungarian bank)
- Tax number

- Hungarian social security number (TAJ card) and additional medical insurance (National Health Insurance Fund address in Eger: Klapka út 1.)

>Registration: Students have to present the original copies of their academic qualifications, along with passport, residence permit, tax number and Hungarian social security number at the international office
>Signing the Scholarship Agreement


Scholarship payment:

Please note that in order to receive your scholarship first you have to open a Hungarian bank account (any Hungarian bank) and get a tax identification number as soon as possible (your student mentors will assist you) after arrival. The scholarship for the first two months are paid in the beginning of October. You can check your payouts in your Neptun account ( Finances > Scholarships, Payouts).
