A Visit to China
Between November 17th and 24th, an EKU delegation of four (Dr. Kálmán Liptai, Rector of the Eszterházy Károly University, dr. Ilona Dr. Pajtókné Tari, Vice-Rector, Dr. Tamás Tánczos Vice-Dean and Katalin Tayler, Head of the Centre for International Relations) visited China to build partnerships for Eszterházy Károly University. The main purpose of the visit was to promote EKU programmes offered in English.

During the autumn semester, in the month of October, a large group of international students visited several places of interest.

INTERCULTURAL AWARENESS TRAINING
Eszterházy Károly University offered a three-day intercultural awareness training in English for foreign students participating in Erasmus+ and Stipendium Hungaricum mobility programmes in the autumn semester of 2017. The training focused on the enhancement of understanding, sensitivity to diversity, positive attitudes towards distinctive cultures, languages and individual personality types.

Erasmus 30
Celebrating the 30th birthday of the Erasmus mobility programme, a series of lectures took place in the Lyceum. The event was co-organized by the Centre for International Relations, Heves County Europe Direct Information Centre and the Local Council of Heves County.
